Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using any services provided by Orbis LLC. By engaging our services or completing a payment, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services of Orbis LLC ("Orbis," "we," "us," or "our"), including via our website at orbislogistics.net or through any payment link, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

These Terms apply to all clients, users, and any other persons who access or use our services.

2. Description of Services

Orbis LLC provides business-to-business financial consulting and payment facilitation services, including but not limited to:

  • Payment verification and transaction reporting
  • Invoice settlement processing and accounts payable support
  • International and cross-border transfer setup and consultation
  • Cash flow analysis and financial optimization consulting
  • Multi-currency operations planning
  • Recurring payments management
  • Custom business payment strategies
  • Enterprise payment operations support

All services are rendered on a consulting and facilitation basis. Orbis LLC is not a licensed bank, money transmitter, or financial institution and does not hold, transmit, or custody client funds unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

3. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are due at the time of service selection. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor.

By submitting payment, you authorize Orbis LLC to charge the stated amount for the selected service. All sales are final unless otherwise stated in Section 5 (Refund Policy).

You are responsible for providing accurate billing information, including your full name, email address, and phone number, as required during checkout.

4. Service Delivery

Upon successful payment, Orbis LLC will initiate service delivery within the timeframe communicated to the client. Standard delivery timelines are:

  • Reports and verifications: 24–48 business hours
  • Consultations and strategy sessions: scheduled within 3 business days
  • Setup and operational services: within 5–7 business days

Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the engagement and the completeness of information provided by the client.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the consulting and digital nature of our services, all payments are generally non-refundable once service delivery has commenced. However, Orbis LLC will consider refund requests in the following circumstances:

  • The service was not initiated within the promised timeframe and the client requests cancellation prior to delivery
  • A duplicate payment was made in error
  • The service delivered was materially different from what was described

To request a refund, contact us at support@orbislogistics.net within 7 calendar days of payment. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information required to deliver the service
  • Use our services only for legitimate business purposes in compliance with applicable law
  • Not use our services to facilitate any illegal activity, including money laundering, fraud, or sanctions violations
  • Cooperate promptly with any verification or compliance requests from Orbis LLC

7. Intellectual Property

All content, reports, strategies, and deliverables produced by Orbis LLC are provided for your internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly publish any deliverable without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orbis LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in the jurisdiction where Orbis LLC is registered.

10. Modifications to Terms

Orbis LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
